The Aircraft (Carriage of Dangerous Goods) Rules defined by DGCA regulate cargo transport in India and were introduced in the year 2003. In it, DGCA has clearly defined essential rules to be followed by every shipper as well as airline operator, while transporting dangerous goods via air in India.
